Frequently asked questions

How fast can you respond once we call?

Retainer clients get contractually guaranteed response time commitments. Without a retainer, we still prioritize active incidents, but response time isn't guaranteed the way it is under a retainer agreement.

Do we need a retainer before an incident happens?

A retainer guarantees response time and means you're not negotiating a contract in the middle of a crisis. We recommend one for any organization without in-house incident response capability.

Will you help us with regulatory breach notification?

Yes. We guide you through the relevant disclosure obligations, whether that's state breach notification laws, HIPAA, GDPR, or the newer NIS2 and DORA reporting windows, as part of the engagement.
