AI Usage Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

This policy describes how Eiferone approaches the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in our own operations and in delivering services to clients.

1. How we use AI internally

We may use AI-assisted tools to support internal productivity, such as drafting documentation, summarizing research, or assisting with software development. AI tools are used to augment, not replace, human judgment on security and client-facing decisions.

2. AI in service delivery

Where AI tools are used as part of a client engagement, such as to accelerate log analysis or triage during a managed security engagement, findings and recommendations are reviewed by qualified analysts before being delivered. AI-assisted output is never the sole basis for a security decision or client deliverable.

3. Data handling

We do not input client-identifying or sensitive client data into general-purpose public AI tools without appropriate safeguards and, where required, client authorization. Enterprise-grade AI tools we adopt are evaluated for data handling and retention practices before use.

4. Human oversight

A qualified human remains responsible and accountable for security assessments, findings, and recommendations we deliver, regardless of what tools were used to assist in producing them.

5. Changes to this policy

As AI tools and practices evolve, we may update this policy. Please check back for the latest version.
